Ingredients:
Prepare Herbed Yogurt Sauce:
-Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Cup
-Mustard paste 2 tbs
-Honey 2 tbs
-Lemon juice ½ tbs
-Dried mixed herbs 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp or as required
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
Prepare Lentil Patty:
-Kali masoor daal (Black lentil gram) 1 Cup (soaked for 2 hours)
-Aloo (Potato) 1 medium
-Gajar (Carrot) 1 medium
-Pyaz (Onion) 1 medium
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
-Water 1 & ½ Cup
-Breadcrumbs ½ Cup or as required
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Lemon juice 2 tsp
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
-Cooking Oil as required
-Your choice of flatbread
-Spiced onion as required
-Iceberg (Shredded) as required
-Tamatar (Tomato) julienne as required
Direction:
Prepare Herbed Yogurt Sauce:
-In a bowl, add yogurt, mustard paste, honey, lemon juice, mix herbs, black pepper powder, pink salt, mix well, mix herb sauce is ready, set aside.
Prepare Lentil Patty:
-In a flat bottom wok, add black lentil gram, potato, carrot, onion, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, water, bring it to boil, mix well, cover & cook on low flame for 10-12 minutes or until lentil tenders or water evaporates.
-Remove the cover, mix well & mash boiled lentils & veggies with the help of a masher.
-Add breadcrumbs, coriander powder, red chili powder, pink salt, cumin powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, lemon juice, fresh coriander, mix well.
-Take 80g of patty mixture & make an eye drop shape patty. (Makes 12)
-On a griddle, add cooking oil, heat it, add prepared patty, fry on medium flame, until golden.
Assembling:
-Take naan or flatbread of your choice, add prepared lentil patties, prepared herbed yogurt sauce, spiced onion, iceberg & tomato roll & wrap in parchment paper & serve!

Ek bowl mein yogurt, mustard paste, honey, lemon juice, mix herbs, kali mirch powder aur pink salt dalein, achi tarah mix karen, mix herb sauce ready hai, side par rakh den.
Prepare Lentil Patty:
Ek flat bottom wok mein kali daal, aloo, gajar, pyaz, hari mirchain, adrak lehsan paste aur pani dalein, ubal anay dein, achi tarah mix karen, dhak kar halki aanch par 10-12 minutes tak pakaen ya jab tak daal naram ho jaye ya pani khushk ho jaye.
Dhakkan hata kar achi tarah mix karen aur masher ki madad se ubli hui daal aur sabziyon ko mash karlen.
Breadcrumbs, dhania powder, lal mirch powder, pink salt, zeera powder, haldi powder, garam masala powder, lemon juice aur hara dhania dalein, achi tarah mix karlen.
80g patty mixture le kar eye drop shape ki patty bana len. (12 patties ban jayengi)
Tawa par cooking oil dalein, garam karen, prepared patties dalein aur medium aanch par fry karen jab tak golden ho jayein.
Assembling:
Naan ya apni pasand ki flatbread lein, prepared lentil patties, prepared herbed yogurt sauce, spiced pyaz, iceberg aur tamatar dalein, roll bana kar parchment paper mein wrap karen aur serve karen!
